Today’s weather across Mauritius begins on a humid and unstable note, especially during the early morning hours. Many areas start the day under cloud cover, and although rainfall will mostly be light and scattered, the atmosphere remains moist and somewhat unpredictable. As the day progresses, weak winds and localized cloud development will continue to influence the weather pattern across the island.
Today’s Weather: Cloudy Morning, Localised Showers Possible
Much of Mauritius wakes up to a cloudy sky this morning, with a slight chance of light showers around Pointe d’Esny and Rivière de Galet. Humidity remains high, and a gentle easterly breeze of around 12 km/h will dominate.
During the day, additional cloud development is possible, especially over the southeast, the east, and the Central Plateau. Rainfall amounts for the next 24 hours may range between 3 mm and 23 mm, depending on local cloud formations.
Tomorrow is expected to bring similar conditions, while Tuesday to Thursday should offer more settled weather across the island.

Advice
Moist, unstable conditions dominate across Mauritius today, and while rainfall will not be constant or widespread, scattered showers are likely. Keep outdoor plans flexible, and expect more stable conditions mid-week.
