North Coast (Grand Baie, Pereybere)
Morning cloud cover and passing light showers are likely, but skies will brighten as the day progresses. By afternoon, the weather will be more settled with extended sunny periods. The sea is calm, making conditions suitable for swimming and paddleboarding.
Northwest Coast (Mont Choisy, Trou aux Biches)
Cloudy early on with short-lived showers. As the sun returns in the afternoon, the coastline becomes ideal for beach activities. Winds are light, and the water remains clear and gentle.
Port Louis and Surroundings
Cloudier skies are expected in the capital early in the day, with a chance of showers, particularly in higher inland regions. Skies clear up later in the afternoon, bringing more sunshine. Temperatures could reach up to 27°C with a slight breeze off the coast.
West Coast (Flic en Flac, Tamarin)
Mixed weather throughout the day with occasional showers before noon. By mid-afternoon, clouds will give way to sunshine. The sea stays calm and safe for boat tours, diving, and relaxed swimming.
Southwest Coast (Le Morne)
Partly cloudy with morning drizzle in some areas. The sky begins to clear by early afternoon, offering sunnier spells. The ocean is mildly choppy—ideal for kitesurfing, but swimmers should remain cautious.
South Coast (Bel Ombre)
The day starts with cloud cover and the possibility of light showers. However, the weather is expected to improve steadily as sunshine increases through the afternoon. Winds are gentle, and the sea remains moderately calm.
South Coast (Blue Bay, Mahebourg)
Clouds dominate the early hours with occasional drizzle. As the day unfolds, the clouds lift and sunshine returns. The lagoon remains smooth and safe for snorkelling and boat outings.
East Coast (Belle Mare, Trou d’Eau Douce)
Expect more persistent morning clouds and light rain driven by the southeasterly winds. Skies will gradually brighten in the second half of the day. Sea conditions are slightly rougher than other regions—caution advised while swimming.

Friday brings an improvement in the weather, with plenty of sunshine and only minimal cloud cover. Most of the island will experience dry and settled conditions throughout the day. Daytime highs will reach 25–28°C, while nighttime temperatures dip to around 20°C. Winds remain light and humidity is comfortable.
North Coast (Grand Baie, Pereybere)
Mostly sunny skies dominate the day. Winds are calm, and the sea remains flat and inviting — perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or water sports. Rain is not expected.
Northwest Coast (Mont Choisy, Trou aux Biches)
A bright morning with warm sunshine continues into the afternoon. Some occasional clouds may appear, but they won’t bring any rain. An excellent day for snorkelling or beach picnics.
Port Louis and Surroundings
Clear skies over the capital with pleasant warmth. Temperatures may reach up to 28°C. The afternoon remains dry, making it ideal for city walks, markets, or a late lunch by the sea.

Clear skies make for a fantastic start to the day. The water in the lagoon is crystal clear and calm — ideal for kayaking or a glass-bottom boat tour. The weather remains stable throughout the afternoon.
East Coast (Belle Mare, Trou d’Eau Douce)
The east enjoys more sunshine on Friday, although the southeasterly breeze will still be present. Afternoon clouds may drift in, but there’s very little chance of rain. The sea remains gently active, so swimmers should be mindful in open waters.
